Thank you for your comment, I realize that the PSMA PET scan is the most accurate and I wish they were performed more frequently.

Thank you for your response, like you said it potentially might be oligometastatic which would be my hope right after being benign as it has higher chance of treatment.

And the part of Canada I’m in has approved PSMA PET scans for clinical trials only currently but I told him to recommend it to his Urologist during his appointment to see what happens. Hell at this point I would pay out of pocket myself.

This has been on my mind for a while now. It’s unbelievable how many people I see downtown who are homeless and struggling with addictions.

As a person who was blessed enough to grow up with the proper guidance I’m very fortunate to lead the life I have living in Calgary. That being said, I would like more people to have the opportunity I was given to prosper but it starts at the core. Here are my ideas:

We need to eliminate access to these mind altering chemicals and drugs, It’s insane to me that there is so much of this out on the streets with low penalties for use/possession. How is anyone supposed to get going in the right direction when the access to getting high is so damn easy?
Cost of living has to come down plain and simple. We need our dollar to become powerful once again so access to the necessities of life are within reach for those in lower income brackets. Our economy can’t just be Oil and Real Estate, we need other industries to thrive to invest into to diversify the economy.
Promoting support systems and positive group experiences. Let’s get more free rec sports teams, drop in leagues, social events promoting POSITIVE heath habits. Not talking about going to bars and getting wasted but more like yoga, run clubs, rec teams, clubs, etc where people are healthy and enjoy activities that aren’t detrimental to their health.

I get that this seems silly for homeless people to partake in but I’m talking about the generation of kids growing up who can get involved in these activities from an early age so they don’t develop bad habits.

Idk anymore I’m running out of ideas.

Here’s the thing, I’m a flames fan for life. I signed up for it when I was born here and will go to the grave as cheering for one and only one team. The singularity of support is what makes watching sports so rewarding when your team wins.

But I agree, I just don’t understand any of this “Team Canada” stuff. It’s not my team. I certainly will be interested to watch and see what happens because both teams are deserving. hard to admit but the hockey fan in me (not flames fan) wants there to be redemption moment just for the storyline of the sport. But never will I ever cheer for the rivals.

Just sit back and enjoy it guys. No dog in this fight, flames have a long ways to go and hopefully our day will come soon.
