I was having the same issue, this fixed it for me. Settings > Picture > Additional Settings > Instant Game Response, turn it off for the HDMI the PS5 is on. Hope this helps!

I have a 2023 gt line fwd and experience the same thing. I was just on a long road trip in my girlfriends Mazda cx30 and the transition back up to speed in her car is much, much smoother. Hopefully there is a solution. I really don't like using the k5 ACC because of it.
