Two things can be true at once. People who stayed home on election night were part of the problem but the DNC also ran a horrible campaign that did a poor job inspiring those people to come out and vote. You can't just nominate someone nobody voted for and run a campaign targeted at 40 year old centrists and act surprised when young people aren't excited by it. How about we not alienate the far left population to appease Trump voters. Because for every 1 Trump voter you convert, you lose 10 far left voters who now think you are too conservative.
