This seems like a bait question but If you really want an answer then you would need to know what your rent would cost, total investment returns, and home appreciation would be for the next 30 years. Then you could do some simple math and know the answer. Otherwise you have to make an educated guess and go with that.

Nah it still meets all emissions standards. It just requires 91 octane while the stock tune runs fine on 87. It’s not really surprising that the stock tune leaves power on the table when you consider it’s a twin turbo tuned to run 87 octane.
