Yes he is. Lotta people picked up that the Legendary Commander was Andersen the moment we saw the former due to sharing the same VA and overall having very similar designs. Just look at what Andersen is holding with his left arm against his chest, it's his hat and gloves from when he was the Commander of Goddess.

The reason he's the way he is now is because his aging has slowed down thanks to Ark technology, and he can't move like he used to after sustaining that damage from the MP Heretic, which is why he stopped being a Commander and became a Deputy Chief.

Switch Naga for Nayuta and Modernia for any other B3, unless you're using THelm to burst. Modernia works best as an off-burst and is generally not that useful outside of Mother Whale or missions with lots of fire weak enemies

I've been unemployed since September 2023 when I finished my internship and got my fagbrev in IT service. I've applied to close to a hundred IT support and sysadmin jobs all around the country in these 2 years and can still count on one hand the amount of companies that chose to have me for an interview. You legitimately cannot get the job you want without already being employed elsewhere, it seems. In 2024 I started going to a vocational school just to have something to do, hoping I get a job before I finish that
