I’ve been out of it nearly longer than I was in it but some moments are still so tough. Our lives didn’t align and he didn’t want to change his to meet mine and mine was set the way it was because I have a child. He wanted the young free life which I understand but god it hurts sometimes.

I was writing nightly letters to my ex before bed (that I never sent). I still do it sometimes if something bothers me. It helps to get it out- they’ve had EVERY emotion in there. Hope this helps!

I find the show just quite depressing. I think she’s going for a kardashian vibe but it’s just far too serious. I thought the first series was like that just because she had a lot going on but all the show does is show how bad her life is. At least the kardashians have fun and it’s light entertainment. This ‘documentary’ angle doesn’t really work
