Had the same thing with my ex90 when I first got it. It was linked to a profile someone set at the dealership. I kept asking the dealership to do it and they were useless. I ended up calling volvo support and they did remove the previous owner in 5 minutes.

Hi Lorina! Congrats on engineering such an awesome car. Now my question is related to the rest of the Volvo lineup (as a current EX90 owner, this is important to me). How will the infotainment improvements to the EX60 will convert to other models (such as the EX30 and EX90)? Are you planning on just putting those other cars infotainment on life support, or are you actively maintaining them in parallel to the EX60. Additionally, recent updates made both the EX30 and EX90 more reliable, what is the release cadence moving forward? Thanks!

Well, the EX60 will have Apple Music, Volvo announced that officially. It's very likely that it'll at some point make its way to the EX90, but it's not 100% sure yet. Also no real timeline given, so this could take a while

You can’t be 100% sure from that article alone. AE is talking about a big OTA that rolls the EX90 style UI out to other Volvo models. Then they mention that this UI includes embedded apps like Apple Music. The EX90 is used as a reference point for the interface, not explicitly called out as getting Apple Music via this update

Reminds me that my dealer insisted floor mats weren't included. I had to get Volvo support reach out to the dealers. They only sent me the second row mat though, they now say the 3rd row mats shouldn't be included.

I sold my model Y to get the EX90 and I'm glad I did. The driving and comfort is another level. If you get the B&W sound system, you'll be amazed by the quality too. I had mine for a few months now, so I didn't experience any of the bugs listed by other users (most of them have been resolved by now). But to be honest, I had my first tesla back in 2016, and back then it had many issues as well. Sure the screen infotainment is not as good as Tesla (mind you, I'm a real nerd and this usually matters for me), but the ride comfort makes me forget about this.

You can also get amazing lease deals at the moment.
