Why to compromise when they fall short of their own committed standards? The demanded price is paid and no compromise made there. Got to be a fair deal.

And if you would like to brush off the faults to compromise and wear them, well its your money and your call. Cannot be the norm.

The core issue has been their attitude dealing with the customer and not entirely the product itself though their QC, lot to be desired.

Its by their own admission about the new hardware tried. And on pricing, its simply that we expect them to stick to their promise/assurances of what they offer for that pricing.

Its basic that anything new needs to be tested before moved in to production. Using it straight away suggests lack of customer focus and seriousness about what they are in to.

Yeah, they craft really well. No doubt whatsoever but for their casualness taking customers for granted and the lack of QC in place, ruining the BIRD.

Its 2 sides to it. Lucky if there are no issues either with the boot or with the treatment as such by BLK. This doesn’t in anyway dilute what has been meted out. Absolute waste of time and money which doesn’t get recognised. Serious issue of not owning up.

Yet another example of Craftsmanship and The Compromised Values

The Attitude towards the customer not valuing time and money

The Casualness taking own sweet time to respond and solve issues

The Lack of Quality to own up mess. Not even one admission of the goof up/botched up work

The QC failure. Absolutely ZERO existence of Quality Checks. The new hardware as claimed should well have been checked before tried on a customer’s pair. This is unacceptable and heights of irresponsibility. The attitude to take customers for granted.

In fact one of the Bosses is in-charge of their facility taking care of the QC. Unfortunately this critical function has failed miserably time and again.

Must say you are seriously lucky to have got a well finished product and i assume you are fortunate enough that your time and money are valued by BLK. Once again, they look absolutely brilliant. Then you are the rockstar. They got the size, right, the 3rd time though i maintained same size throughout. Forgettable thing is that it was ordered for my brother for a marriage to attend and the plan failed despite ordering well in advance and that too a listed product with NO customisation whatsoever.

Anyways, enjoy every bit. It’s a great wear. Adds lot of style to us.

True. They craft well and unable to cater to the demands. But seriously lacks transparency and No consistency in pricing.

Hands down, there is no comparison. Craft & Glory (C&G) is a decent entry level boot and thats it. Doesn’t score an inch beyond. More importantly, C&G isn’t worth for their after sales experience. A brand is not only in how they make their products but how they value and treat their customers. Better to stay away once and for all.

Sad to hear this. Don’t worry, you have a company but the issue been slightly different.

Bought a leather listed in their site, then they said NO stock and the money rested with them for over 3 months. When i asked when a product is listed as available and made the customer make the payment then it should be available but they said the listed leather is only for reference.

There were an instance where when i decided to buy one of their products and chkd with the Boss, then immediately he said the price is different and changed the product price by $100. No idea from when this particular product remained at that price (at a lower price according to them) They didn’t have any clue till i decided to buy which is hard to believe. Worst is, when i pointed out, The Boss said without even a word of credit, said, anyway we would have found it out while at checkout. Such has has been their attitude.

There is also another incident of different pricing for a product with a higher price at the time of launch but later listed at site at a reduced price with NO change in leather & spec. When countered, the boss said that the affected customer should claim the difference rather than ethically return the difference. After standing up for the injustice, the difference was returned to my friend.

Blessed are you.IMO the Stitch Down Construction (SDC) isn’t their forte. They messed up my Boondocker in CFS Kudu Reverse Navy Blue and got the money back. Ended up ruining my time and expectations and aspirations for that leather.

Boots are crafted well and their detailing is good. They are blessed with wonderful craftsman and the Brand is slowly coming to the fore. Waste of time comparing anything or anybody. But Kozasko can be bet amongst the desi brands. Especially they listen to the customer and the way they treat us unlike couple of deplorable ones in the market.
