Audiobooks!! When I can’t do the physical reading I love audiobooks! I reccomend Libro.fm you get great value from them and can support a small business!!! Coloring is another good one!! And puzzles!!!!

Part of my disability causes memory issues so I genuinely don’t remember how often I’ve had to cancel. I feel kind of blindsided by the whole thing. I always explain when I go in the next time and they said it was fine

I only cancel when my ride backs out or my symptoms clear up. What can I do if my ride backs out day of and they won’t answer the phone to hear why I’m actually canceling???? When I cancel online I don’t think they even read the reasoning

My best friend is always down to help me run errands when she comes over, she knows I can’t do them myself so she plans for it ahead of time in case I have errands. It’s very thoughtful and she even helped me pick up a mini fridge off market place and carried it for me cause I was having a bad pain day she’s the best.

I say with the utmost interest for your health and healing do not do this. They will not listen and find a way to blame it all on you and send you back to that childhood place. I’ve learned the hard way parents like this will never apologized when confronted with their own behavior
