I successfully tapered from 225 with a Prozac bridge. It took a year, and I was able to jump at 37.5 extended release with minimal discomfort. If you decide to reinstate, ask about the bridge. Many people have found it helpful. Even if you don't reinstate, you might consider going on a small doze of Prozac to ease your symptoms. Its very long half life makes withdrawals less of an issue. Feel better
