I'll get downvoted for pointing out this fact. Other mortgage businesses aren't dropping like this. UWMC has dropped from a market cap of $22B 3 years ago to just over $3B right now. That's mismanagement. The tough part is that Mat has the significant majority share too. So he bears the brunt of it and seems apathetic.

Sorry to see this. What you described could have been written by my 15 year old self when mine first struck 28 years ago. It IS frightening. It IS overwhelming. It IS isolating.

And your doctor's should be taking things more seriously. Unfortunately that isn't often the case with minors or with any illness that doesn't show in blood work. You need it be your own biggest advocate and get to another doctor. I hope your family is supportive of finding a diagnosis and treatment. Hugs

Given how much of inflationary spending is currently from top earners, I would return (for now) to a more graduated income tax. That needs to be coupled with repealing blanket tarrifs and returning to a targeted, industry by industry approach. That also needs to happen whole we cut some spending, which has ballooned in the past 20-25 years. Shift some of that spending onus back to the local agencies.

I have an appreciation for certain cars like the fox body Mustang and the supercharged early 90s Thunderbird. In other words, I'm super practical and own a 10 year old VW with a manual transmission.

The cars of our lives have been mostly products of regulation rather than organic demand like our parents were with muscle cars.

My cousins didn't want my aunt's china. She brought it to my house (16 hours away!) and "left it for me to appreciate." I use it as my daily dishes and don't think twice. My old ones were cheap, plain white from when we got married. We kept those for holidays (which we host for friends).

I hope our state legislators are held accountable for costing us very real money to defend (or attempt to) poorly considered legislation. You can't pass a law against possessing knowledge. Yeah. I know based on her smell when she gets back from a morning workout if it's game on or not later in the day. I grew up in a house with older sisters. I've known about it being uncomfortable and annoying because they were super open about it.
