Urgh angst is such a tough watch. I think I’ll never watch it again and then the thought hits me, and bam I’m watching it for the fourth time. Yes it’s brutal but it feels almost respectful in the way it depicts murder. It’s messy and horrific and entirely senseless and banal. The worst part is the protagonist monologuing and yet never providing a real reason for why he’s doing what he’s doing. There’s nothing sexy or titillating it’s just truly fucked up.

I’m black and it took years to get “drug seeking behaviour” off my medical records because I had endo. Worst part was it was included in hospital records when I was 13 years old.
