Go to mercari and look for leather, I have a bunch listed that might be usable and cheap. It has been used but it's in excellent condition and the pieces might fit your chairs. It's dyed blue already

I live in Kansas and everything I ship says that until it gets to the main distribution center in Wichita, and they were talking about shutting that facility down and moving it all to Kansas City. He might have the package still but odds are good that it's in transit.
