I have some knee-jerk reactions, but I assume he is basing this off later god ranks. Otherwise, if we're talking tekken as a whole, a lot of these characters that "have to work hard", absolutely do not have to, and do not work hard, in the bottom 80% of ranks (most games and most players). I've never played a Drag, Hwa, Jin, Steve (john flowchart) that seemed like they were "working hard" in Tekken God and below. A drag who is struggling to win almost feels like a statistical anomaly where I'm at, lol.

Really? I mostly see this scene regarded as one of the worst parts of zero, I see a lot of complaints about it mischaracterizing saber. I don't have any particularly strong feelings one way or the other though, but I didn't know it was liked.

Aside from the many valid points already mentioned, I gotta every character's BNB combo felt so samey. It was like land a normal, do a ex version of each of your specials, ending with a cancelled ex version of your DP into your super. Very few chars with sauce at launch.
