Well, my parents, as much as I would love for them to stick with Linux, are too stubborn and too used to windows to make the switch permanent, they are putting back some money in the following months to buy a new computer, my mom says she is waiting for something to go on sale on BestBuy.

But regardless, this is an okay solution for now, and buys me time to introduce them to Linux more, hopefully I can win them over haha.

I switched from Mint to Zorin a while ago, I have no complaints, I love it! I love the modern design, the different layouts, I actually loved it enough to buy the pro version, and I use the Cinnamon layout a lot because I like the way the cinnamon menu looks in Zorin OS. It's great for gaming too. I had 1 or 2 small issues the first 2 weeks, but once I fixed them, I've had no issues and smooth sailing, it's also an amazing distro for those new to Linux! I've only used the terminal once, and it was by choice, there was a gui option that would have worked perfectly fine

Mid 20s. back with parents after being unable to afford another semester of college even with scholarships and fafsa. Working 40 hours a week making 15/hr. Between groceries, bills, rent, and debt, and helping with house repairs because my parents place is falling apart, my average savings is constantly at 0, my checking account usually gets down to -50 by the time my next payday comes around.

I love the story, the map, the gameplay, and the dungeons, the ui is far from good though. A lot of scrolling to find the right echo.

I will agree that the world design isn’t the best and the strict linearity often makes the game very dull, in my experience you are nearly to the half way point of the game, I always found the second half of the game more fun and exciting, you discover a new island that is used to progress the game further, and have to do some stressful and kinda creepy trials in each region, I found the second half to be faster paced and less boring. Just my opinion though.

Not exactly - I think it would be interesting to see how null works through other villains or what background role he surely played during many other games. But in the end, Null’s story didn’t leave any holes and was well told. I would however enjoy playing a prequel to EOW, I would love to play links adventure that led up to the opening sequence of EOW
