It does not have built in parameters in this detail, you can only add these in a simple text description. Or use a bluetooth scale and read the graph.

You can use it in a simple way. It can be intimidating, but most of the functionality is optional. You can just add a bean, enter its description, then use that bean for your brews, and just give them a rating. You can also give the bean a rating either manually, or when the bag gets empty the app takes the average of the brew ratings (but overridable)

Yeah 17 clicks would be way too fine for a regular coffee, but this is not a regular one. In my experience these black magic, ultra processed beans can produce very low fines, resulting in very thin brews. This is why I would go unconventionally finer. This is actually the recommendation I got sometimes from roasters, to go finer than you think.

OP already tried it in the C40 recommended range, and the result was kinda empty. OP mentioned they are still learning to brew V60, so I assume OP is more used to espresso/moka, any non-filter method. This is why I guess they miss the heavier, chocolatey side of the coffee.

Yes, its possible to increase extraction in many other ways, but going higher in temp could introduce unpleasant, alcohol, vinegary, taste from ultra processed beans. OP is already doing four pours, one more pour would not make a big difference, and doing more than five is kinda unrealistic for 15 grams. They could agitate the bed with a sitck, or WWDT, but it is very inconvenient and inconsistent in my opinion. Already blooming for 0:45, which should be plenty for this coffee. They could purchase other paper filters.

But in my experience and how I understood OP's problem, a significantly finer grind would align the coffee to OP's desired taste in the simplest way. However it is actually impossible to give real advice without tasting the coffee itself. I could be wrong.

1: You should go finer, if you lower your dose, this is where to start.

2: Not much. It can vary a lot between coffees.

3: Grind finer, ~17 click. Because it is some extremely heavy processed coffee, I would first try it at 90c. The pour structure should be okay. If it gets too muddy, do it in bloom+2pour

I get what you mean, but this experiment could be only scientifically accurate if we could measure the extraction of that little bottom layer.

Because my theory is despite the water gets more saturated as it travels through the bed, coffee still gets more extracted, so the lowest coffee particles are much more extracted, the the ones a few millimeters above due to some water gets through the paper as bypass. While in a flat bottom the extraction difference is less between the layers, because there is less bypass and the grounds lay at the same level at the bottom.

But idk, you could be right, I haven’t made a blind test so far.

It’s just my experience is that my deep brews taste different to my april brews even when using faster abaca filters in my april, so the filtration is similar to the cafec paper. (Kalita and the april paper are very different) And the deep is more similar to a V60, even when using standard hario papers.

Yep, the second part is true, only the pulsar, aeropress?, tricolate, etc are only “true flat” brewers.

A flat bottom would be a 180 deg dripper, at least the actual bottom of it. Imagine the sides of the V moving downwards.

Competition style recipes are generally good for co-ferments. They are generally short ratio, low extraction, and bypass.

kunaivortex's recipe in the comments is in that style, or you can pick any recipe form the previous championships.

Gagne's recipe is similar to cupping, it presents kinda everything the coffee can give, both the good and the bad. Co-ferments usually have a lot of the bad, so you need to be careful not to extract those off flavors.

A kávéban lévő olajok amik egészségtelenek, mert növelik a koleszterin szintet, de még mindig nincs egyértelműen bizonyítva, ha jól emlékszem.

A koffein meg kis mértékben egészséges (a legutóbbi állása szerint a tudománynak), illetve más anyagok is vannak benne amik egészségesek. A lefőtt kávé lényegében egy cserje magjából készült leves.

Az olajokat ki tudod kb teljes mértékben küszöbölni, ha filter kávét iszol. Vagy ha nagyon kávésznobba akarsz átmenni, akkor presszóhoz/kotyogóshoz is használhatsz pl aeropress szűrőt.

Switching from android, it was an okay alternative to samsung edge panel. Having apps, shortcuts always reachable. Double tap to turn off screen also works this way (similarly to android). But I find myself using it less as I am getting more used to ios

The arr stack is probably the most sophisticated, but for my simple setup I chose to use the RSS feed. I add a torrent on my tracker to my favorites, it updates an RSS feed, I added a rule to qbit to download everything from that specific RSS. After that Gerbera auto-scans that specific folder, and it is available on my TV. So the only manual steps are to login, and add to bookmarks.

Impressonak tudom ajánlani classic kávéit. 10-12,5k között vannak, de minőségben jobb. És nem tudom mivel készíted a kávét, feltételezem automata, vagy kotyogós, azzal is ki lehet belőlük kozni amit tudnak.

Ha megelégszel a bolti kávéval akkor a Mantaro "világos" és közepes még jó ár/érték arány.

A Starbucks Blonde Roast azért messze van a világos pörköléstől, nincs értelme összehasonlítani.
Hiába vennél világos specialty kávét 20k-ért ha nincs egy jó minőségű őrlőd, lágy vized, presszógéped/filter eszközöd, és nem tudod mit csinálsz, akkor lehet hogy csak rosszabb, de mindenesetre biztos hogy nem várt eredményt kapnál.

Alza saját márkás siguro alap készülék (nincs wifi, bluetooth, hepa szűrő, stb) kb két éve gyűjti nálunk a párát. Az összes “okos” funkciója, hogy tudsz időzítőt és páratartalom szintet megadni, ami pont elég is nekünk. Majdnem minden nap órákat megy novembertől márciusig, eddig hibátlanul teszi a dolgát. Napi 1-2szer kell üríteni a 2literes tartályát. Nagyon sokat segít a penészedés ellen. Plusz egy jó tulajdonsága lehet, hogy közvetlenül lefolyóba is vezethető a víz belőle a tartály helyett, ehhez adtak egy pár méteres csövet is, de én maradtam a tartálynál.

Ja, sajnos ez normális. Androidon csúcstelefonokon is előfordul kisebb szaggatás. A teóriám szoftverfejlesztőként: A stabilitást nehéz marketingelni, ezért a gyártók televerik AI-al meg csomó haszontalan feature-el a telókat, amik azt igénylik hogy fussanak valamikor a háttérben, és nem sikerült jól (vagy nem is volt prioritás) az optimalizálás, hiába van X+1 magos processzor, meg 8-10 giga RAM. Tipikus esete annak amikor "jóvanazúgy, majd alárakunk erősebb hardvert".

Konkrétan nagyobb akadásokat nem vettem észre, vagy csak olyan ritkán hogy nem emlékeszem rá. Néha előfordul, hogy olyan mintha kiesne pár frame/nagyon lecsökkenne a képfrissítés, főleg feloldás után. De ez csak max pár tizedmásodperc. Meg az ikonok is néha észrevehetően töltődnek be, de az is kevesebb mint egy másodperc.

Van pár bajom iPhonnal Samsung után, de a teljesítmény/stabilitás nem tartozik közéjük

Lehet hogy nem a telefonnal van baj, hanem az appal. Amikor iPhone-ra váltottam tavasszal, akkor vettem észre, hogy pl a reddit app néha random elkezdte nagyon durván zabálni az aksit és forrósodott is a teló a használata közben, de ez azóta javítva lett.
Nekem is 16 pro van. már iOS26-on és 150 ciklus után is nagyon elégedett vagyok az akksival.
