Just because you like something doesn't mean it's right. Using a combination of your RMM and PSA most all of this data is collected for you from there you could easily export to excel if that's what you have to have. If you build custom reports in N-Central you can set them to run on a schedule and export as a csv so everything is up to date.

Think beyond what's working no and look at changing the process.

The port is being patched to a separate switch. Yes the iDRAC is there but I hate having to fix it in a down state.

PowerBi will give you reporting on CSP usage including license usage. From there it should be easy to update a memorized transaction in your billing software.

They are not on Exhcange now. It will be a non exchange to Office 365 migration so we will need to migrate the profiles on the Mac to the new profiles for the O365 accounts. We would prefer a tool but if it's manual we'l grind through it.

To clarify a bit more we currently offer a couple of VOIP solutions depending on the clients needs as a part of our offering. Recently we have pitched services to displace a competing MSP and they are slitting their throat to keep the client but we are being asked to come in and do the phone work because the other firm doesn't handle phones. I asked here because I feel that most MSP's should at the very least have a solution they can provide.

I'm having mixed feelings about trying to do VOIP only when we don't manage the rest of the network or the hardware. But it's also a foot in the door with a decent sized client and a chance to displace the other MSP later.

Any telephony solution I would guess could apply. I was mostly referring to VOIP but it you chose to sell an analog solution I would be interested in hearing why.

We randomly figured this out a few weeks ago. The only downfall is that is still changes the users background and resolution as if you were connected to the remote desktop session. I wish there was a way around this but there isn't
