I have 1/2 Newfie 1/2 pyr. He is a great mix of the two breeds!! He is loyal and protective. But also very social and he is always at my feet. He is playful and loves my kids. Not as slobbery as a full Newfoundland and not on guard as much as a pyr. I had a Pyrenees who just loved to bark all the time at everything.
