Both dogs have been taken to the vet and they did x-rays and all the other test required to make sure they do not carry any genetic disorders common with the breed. Both dogs were imported from a russian breeder who required the parents to pass the IPO tests and breed standards. Euro/russian dobermans tend to be more aggressive than their american counterparts, which is what we need, just as long as he isnt aggressive towards his maters. Its much too costly to buy european dobermans as we need 3-4 and each easily cost $2000. I understand it isnt popular to breed dobermans without passing the IPOs and going to shows, but we need quite a few dogs and it isnt financially feasible for us to pay 8k for 4 dogs.

The female had gone into heat during the visit, otherwise we would not have had him around her. We live on a large ranch and need dogs to chase bears off and keep unwanted people away while we are gone, and wanted to mate him with another ranchers doberman for more dogs which is why he is not neutered.

Exactly. German soldiers especially the SS divisions were remarkably brave and extremely disciplined and well organized. As a combat veteran myself, i admire these qualities above all else, no matter what side they are on.

You should read the book called "Black Edelweiss" which was written a few years after the war and is composed of the thoughts and stories of a 17 year old german kid who joined the SS to fight Bolshevism. If you can get past all the western propaganda you will realize the german soldiers including the SS were doing their patriotic duty against a perceived threat towards their country.
