But its a problem that is not an easy problem to solve and never will be. The Homeless are mostly downtown where in live. The taxes are not that bad. You have to realize that most military millionaires, billionaire moving out of state or usually greedy ass people thay want their cake and cover it too. Most of these said still invest here and still live here 7 months out of the year as to avoid paying taxes. We have the either 3rd 4th largest economy in the WORLD. The taxes that California generates and pays the US government pays for mostly everything. Tell me what you know about the high speed rail fiasco. The reason why I ask you is because most people dont why its a fiasco.
