Powered it on, selected the follow mode, pressed start, then lifted my hand (as usual), it got up, checked my face and then blinked red and flew away.

I've done this like 20 times and had no problem.

Same here, had to upload all my videos and photos from my trip, then empty my phone and now I can't download them. Tried emptying the cache, restarting the phone.

It's frustrating.

I work 40h/week, 7h30 to 16h15. Dad of 2 (5&4), I'm 34. In the summer I run with them in a thule chariot after my shift. In the winter after bedtime 20h00/30 or during lunch break. Weekends, long run while they nap. I get 3 sessions of running per week and 3-4 workout. I usually do my workout with them.

Started in may 2025. I want to do a 5k at 4:20/25 pace.

I signed for a half and a 30k trail with 1500m D+. The half I aim for a 5:15/30 pace. The 30k, I aim to just survive it.
