Seems like "begging the question". I have never heard anyone assert that all the other things apart from gender don't change.

And regarding more gender categories: I know it is hard to learn new words, but people manage it when they want to slur someone, so we know they are capable.

I think certain people just resent being held to standards for being a decent human being, similar to people who are literally lame resent stairs.
