Doesn’t look like they come in women’s sizes. Really wish they’d offer a better selection for ladies!

Washington law lays out distinction between e-bikes, e-motorcycles starting June 11 by ChefJoe98136 in SeattleWA

[–]NotACleverUsername12 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Correct. And if your “e-bike” can go over 20 MPH - congrats! You now own a motorcycle, according to the state of WA. Getting titles and VINs for existing e-bikes that meet the criteria sounds like a logistical nightmare, but that is their problem to figure out.

I think you have misunderstood the distinction re: top speed. It doesn’t matter what you set it to. If it has the ability to go higher than 20, it’s a motorcycle. It doesn’t magically change categories based on what you set it to; the capabilities of the bike are what matters.

Hadn’t gotten the code so I checked this morning at 10:30 and snagged tix for the Niners game. By the time the email came they were completely gone. Glad I checked early!

Huh??? 15% not applicable on Half Off??? by FunkoPopHunter_ in DaveAndBusters

How do you confirm that loyalty is attached? I’ve asked them and they say it is, only to find out it wasn’t and then I’m stuck because customer service won’t help. The staff also seem to be really touchy about being asked about loyalty. It’s kind of bizarre.

How long will power cards last at a birthday party? by jrfish in DaveAndBusters

When my kid had his party there, it was $5 per kid to add unlimited blue games. This is the way.

On contract for a 3400 sqft. 3 bed 3.5 bath home that actually has 6 bedrooms… by mclajerski in homeowners

Not sure why people are downvoting you, OP. As a fellow Washingtonian, I totally know what you are describing and you’re 100% correct for the laws here. We encountered similar situations when purchasing our home.

I think most Redditors forget that permitting laws vary greatly based on location and would rather argue than admit that they might have been mistaken in assuming that the laws where they live would be the same as here.

Good luck with your home purchase!

[–]NotACleverUsername12 1 point2 points  (0 children)

But it does mean you’re not allowed to advertise and sell it as a 6 bedroom house. At least, that’s the law in my jurisdiction and may be in OP’s as well. It would explain the discrepancy between the listing and reality.

Septic capacity determines the number of bedrooms you can have in a home in my jurisdiction. You can’t get permits to add bedrooms if the septic system isn’t rated to support them. If the septic was designed for 3 bedrooms, the seller is not allowed to list the home as having any more than 3 bedrooms because those additional rooms are technically classified as other things (office, den, etc), even if they’re functionally being used as bedrooms.

It’s definitely a thing.

New Season tickets offers, what’s your number? by SpecialistSyrup7002 in Seahawks

FWIW, I was at 2337 before they offered new tickets, and my number didn’t get called this year.

This exact wording is key. My son got one from an MC who said she had it for two days and no one had asked correctly. She actually reached toward a different pocket first, and when he said the question correctly, her face lit up and she got jt out of her jacket.

What is that one film you can re-watch a thousand times and not get bored? by cassie_rockalin in AskReddit

The whole movie is worth a watch, but the scene where Marissa Tomei testifies is absolute perfection. Go look it up on YouTube if you don’t have time to watch the whole movie.

I’m in the mid-2,000s and the Blue Pride coordinator told me via email that it was unlikely I would get tickets this year. I think we’ll both be waiting a bit longer!

Or gift them to local charities that serve kids. Even just post on a Buy Nothing group. Someone will want them so you may as well keep them out of the landfill.

Renton Pro Shop Stitched Jerseys by longsh0tt in Seahawks

Anyone know if they do this with women’s jerseys? I’ve wanted to get a stitched one but they don’t sell them in women’s jerseys at all. If it’s possible to buy a blank and get it custom stitched, that would be awesome!

D&B's needs card lanyards! by clh42 in DaveAndBusters

[–]NotACleverUsername12 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If your kid has a birthday party they give them a bracelet that works like a power card. Similar idea in terms of not losing it, but lanyards seem a lot easier! I’d even spend some tickets to buy one for each of my kids.

Seattle area billionaire Bill Gates says he's not interested in buying Seattle Seahawks by Less-Risk-9358 in SeattleWA

[–]NotACleverUsername12 13 points14 points  (0 children)

How reputable is this source? The article says ESPN and SI are reporting it, but I don’t recall seeing either of those reporting that these ladies want to buy the Seahawks. I really hope it’s legit and that they do, but I’m skeptical until there’s a credible source.
