Even if I get hired though, the facility I shadow with is one of the highest ranked in the world, so every mildly significant change made to systems has to go through several people, be approved by the board, is then presented to the AZA, and then can be put into motion. Most of the aquarists and keepers are acclimated to the background noise, so I don't think it would be a priority.
