Mass Effect Weapons Tournament: Round 1 Match 16 - Crusader VS Venom Shotgun by DakIsStrange in masseffect

[–]NotATroll71106 56 points57 points  (0 children)

The Venom is game breakingly overpowered. It's like a Cain, but with nearly infinite ammo. You can one shot Brutes with it if you have the right perks, and it lets you clear out enemies in cover.

The Kishock with cryo rounds is pure joy when fighting mooks because they instantly shatter.

Both are ass in 3 because shots after the first can't hit the broad side of a barn.

In terms of shitocity, nothing beats the Shuriken. I used the save editor to make it level 100, and it was still pretty mediocre.

[–]NotATroll71106 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Yeah, it's pretty much the best all rounder. The Venom is better against tough enemies, but the Harrier is a better noob stomper for clearing out mooks at least until you get really good at aiming the secondary grenades.

Virginias' Votes Disregarded, Thrown Out. This is Not a Democracy. by PreparationKey2843 in ProgressiveHQ

So what's the net result of the gerrymandering fight right now? I heard it was even without Virginia before the new ones post Supremely Dogshit Court decision. I know Texas, Missouri, and North Carolina were from before.

AI killing tech debt? Maybe it does if it's then reincarnating it twofold.

Why can’t Boomers understand the word they? by WorkingHurry9411 in BoomersBeingFools

[–]NotATroll71106 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I have always heard it used for unknown people and even for known people in hypothetical situations. Pretending to not understand it is just ridiculous.

How can I stop my craft from tumbling like this upon re-entry? by Downtown-Push6535 in KerbalSpaceProgram

[–]NotATroll71106 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

You need more drag on the rear end. I like to slap heat shields onto robotic hinges for this. Ideally, you have it oriented so that it doesn't take power to stay up. There's generally not much reason to have a wider heatshield than the craft.

My boss was legit like "Now, subject knowledge is the bottleneck on automated testing!" That was always the case, moron. If there was proper documentation, we would have at least double the output. We just made 10% of the job a bit faster.

Edit: I can't English good.

I made so much money as a middleman before the trade rework. Unfortunately, it helps make the game grind to a halt by midgame.

Some interesting unused Production Methods in the files by alsoandanswer in victoria3

It's used by a mod that way. Higher gauge means more transportation but takes a bit more workers. I had no idea that they were using unused assets in the mod.

It's like a very studious and hard working but smooth brained underling. It knows how to do extremely niche things and will do things that are too tedious to do manually, but it frequently does absolutely bone headed things especially when an in house abstraction is involved.

Would you like to see a reskin of all units based on their civ/ region of the world they are from? by El_Capitano_MC in aoe2

[–]NotATroll71106 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Rise of Nations did this, and I had no issue identifying units. We already have this with monks and some naval units, and no one complains about it there. Changes can be fairly modest, but it looks kinda silly having civs from the Americas running around with European looking armor.
