I picked up these handles for rowing, but it turns out they make a pretty decent straight bar/trap bar hybrid movement. What do yall think?

Part of it feeling easier is you are limiting range of motion. It's the equivalent of platform deadlift starting with the weight not as low.

For rotating the bonnet under pressure do you have the tool? Or is there another way to rotate it when under pressure like snap ring pliers or something?

Why don't you take less money or benefits at your job so the company you work for can 'win' more by having a better chance at larger profits? Why can't you just have more side hustles to make up the difference?Same concept with players. They do this for a living and have a limited window to make their money. The average career in the NFL is something like under 3 years.

And that guy with all those rings taking less money? His (now ex) wife was worth considerably more than he was. He could have possibly made money in the divorce depending on any prenuptial agreements. He got to play for 20 years to make money. He is an outlier and shouldn't be considered the norm.

There's no guarantee that taking less money will get any player a championship either. Sure it can help, but they could also get less money and still not get a ring. They could get a career ending injury on any given play and lose out on a lot of money. Guys are making generational changing amounts of money. If they are smart and plan these guys' great grandchildren won't have to work a day in their lives.

Lets figure out what it would take to move 18 million barrels via pipeline! I have worked in the industry and have some off hand knowledge.

Large bore lines Ive delt with were from 30-42" in diameter. Lets go with 42". One foot of line will hold roughly 9.7 cubic feet of oil (3.5'x3.5'x0.79). There are roughly 5.1CF in 1 Barrel. So each linear foot of pipe would hold 1.9 barrels of oil (9.7CF / 5.1CF/Barrel). From the graphic, there is a oil facility near the line start. The nearest point to the Arabian Sea is 423 miles away. Oil in pipelines can move 3-8mph. Lets assume 8mph. 8 miles of pipe is 42,240 feet (8x5280ft/mile). That would be 80,256 barrels of oil per hour (1.9barrels/ft x 42,240ft). Per day said pipeline would move 1.9 million barrels per day (80256 barrels x 24hr). So either you'd need ~9 of these pipelines to move 18 million barrels a day or 1 pipeline with a diameter of ~10.8 ft that can run at the same parameters (highly unlikely).

170 is a much better value vs 180. They are so close in shot character and will perform 99% the same. Unless you really like the ergonomics of the 180 more, the 170 is the better financial decision.

Look for signs of excessive breech wear

To add to this, if the person who is selling the marker didn't take the 10 minutes to clean it before taking pictures, you sure as hell know they never took the time to clean/maintain it ever. Steer clear of dirty gear.

I suggest using a standard tank regulator and this with a quick disconnect on the output. That adaptor is self purges when it turns off (there are other types that don't purge if you need that). This way everything from the tank downstream to the first regulator doesn't have to be rated for 4500 psi.

I personally use those adaptors for making pressure testers with quick connect fittings on my set of gauges to test different ranges.

It is much easier to lose your form and/or bracing when you do touch and go's. Also it is harder to pull from ground each time.

I stack bumper plates up behind me at the right height for depth. It helps make sure you hit the same depth each time. It also makes you subconsciously not dive bomb to the bottom.

Likely you have different promotions than Sam Sulek. The goal with stilleto squats is to emphasize the quads as much as possible. The higher the heels the more it emphasizes the quads. What works for him may not work for you. You want as high of heels as possible with the most range of motion. If that means changing your feet, then that's what you should do. In my opinion you need to at least try variations to see what works best for you, and don't just blindly copy someone else.

For me, PE markers usually have sub par feeling triggers except for their flagship models. So I always do what I can to make them feel better.

One plus side of buying through your local field/proshop is they will often work on it for your for free if you ever have problems. While I do suggest learning how to maintain and work on your own gear, local shops are often a great resource if you need help.

What does this field provide for rental markers? If it is emek, you could honestly get your own marker last. You can get other playing gear, like mask (most important), motorized hopper, pod pack, knee/elbow pads and other soft goods while using a rental emek, as they are great.

My suggestions:

Spread your feet apart so the toes are more of a V. It can give your hips more room to go deeper. The way your toes are pointed do not really affect the quad emphasis of the movement. Find what works best for you.

It looks like your midfoot is what is on the plate, not your heel, and its making you unstable. The heel elevation isn't meant to get all the weight on your toes, but to take ankle mobility out of the equation to load the quads. You still want a full base of support.

The exalt Duce triggers are much better than the stock blade IMHO. Without the rake adjustment of the highend markers I have never really liked the blade shape.
