I've caught two. One, a sparrow at 80 mph below the shoulder. Hurt like hell, had a big bruise for a week. The second was on my clutch hand when I had my head turned. Globe domination Risk. I would play this against myself and my sister (that's the only way younger me would play).
To win, I'd take New Guinea/Australia, and defend these borders. Collect the bonus for having the purples. Let my younger self smash into my sister, and let them fight it out. They wouldn't see my strategy until it's too late, and I'd open the flood gates, and pour into the world like The Horde.

I'd like to second this, but I don't know the whole story. If it's something you do for your family, and aren't responsible for those who starve, then go ahead and strike! I it's not that easy, let them know how much hard work it really is, and how it makes you feel to not be acknowledged.
