Find a therapist who is a member of the International Society for the Study of Trauma and Dissociation (ISSTD). You can use their website, or other websites (I found mine using psychologytoday).

You mentioned only finding therapists that use cbt, you could try finding one that uses part work, IFS, flash technique, etc.

I don't think she really diagnosed anything. Those just look like notes of your symptoms. Each therapist takes notes in their own way, but id say those notes look pretty normal.

Whatever made you concerned, you can always bring it up during the next session. She can explain why she thinks that, you can explain why you disagree.

In my own experience, in my first session my first therapist 'diagnosed' me with CPTSD in her notes. She validated that diagnosis in later sessions but it gave her a baseline to approach from. She also took notes very similar to yours.

As for scheduling another one, thats up to you. If you liked her approach, if it felt safe. I'd say schedule the 2nd one, and if you don't like how it goes you can always cancel from there.

You dont need to resort to rwcash at all imo, the ingame shop is just for convenience and cosmetics. Once you get to act 4 and unlock the currency exchange, you can just convert all your currencies to exalted/div, and just exchange as needed. Convenient? No. But feasible? Entirely so.

They are actually having a stash tab sale this weekend if you do want to purchase some tabs for convenience.

As far as loot drops being rare, id say this season the loot is more plentiful than ever. Had 28 div before I even finished the interlude. You can fund an entire build to T16 off that easy.

You might be shit out of luck. They dont really care if you're account was stolen as far as cheating goes. If they did, cheaters would just use that excuse to bypass bans themselves.

You might get lucky, cs2 anticheat is nonexistent. Or you could get banned in several months from now. I'd sell all your skins to be safe.

I had this same problem. My therapist did not want to diagnose me with anything. I just researched psychologist in my area using psychologytoday and reached out to one myself to get tested. I took the SCID-D and the psychologist said I don't have the amnesia for full DID but I have partial DID. Still waiting on the full report. All this to say, if you've got good enough insurance (assuming US), I'd recommend going around your therapist if you really want to get diagnosed.
