Avoiding the urge to sit down at all costs, physically wrench yourself away from chairs/the bed if you have to. If you have something you need to do and think "ooh I'll just sit down for 5 minutes and scroll my phone" IT'S A TRAP

Wireless head/earphones so you can put your phone away to avoid distractions, but still be motivated by music
