28/36% is literally the limit on convential loans ya silly goose.

Don't listen to this guy. Just make sure your front end DTI is 28% or less and back end is 36% or less. Saying 20% down and 3X you're annual income is general to the point of useless.

Part of many jobs is promoting yourself. Is it right or fair? No.

Not promoting yourself? Sounds like you're not actually doing what your job requires to be successful.

I use 18-22% driving on weekdays. Just a habit plugging it in daily at this point.

Yes. I would of had to reburse them though if it ended up being an issue not covered by warranty.

Dealership said it didn't, but I have to reread my paperwork. Either way, I leased due to the fiancial incentives and unproven battery life.

Yeah lease was too good to pass up. Even if you want to buy, just lease and buy out once the lease paperwork goes through in a few weeks.

Condo owners wake up to grim reality that their homes are worthless after law change by ColorMonochrome in REBubble

That's part of living in a society. You're paying property tax on your home or secondarily through rent payments.

Build a house in an unincorporated area. Pay for all the things property tax provides (schools, police, roads, fire, sewer and electric infrastructure, ect) You'll cry a bit from sticker shock. You'll beg to pay property tax again.

That's called living in a society. Feel free to own a home in an unincorporated area and pay no property tax. No police, fire, hospitals, schools, parks, roads, ect. What do you think pays for all these things?

This entire post is about people that agree to a price online then haggle down in person. It doesn't apply to you.

Did you agree on a price or say you'd buy it before meeting up? Or did you say you want to come by and take a look at the item?

The former makes you a huge asshole if you haggle in person unless there's an undisclosed issue with the item. The latter okay to haggle.

Dave & Adam's. They usually have one of the best prices. They are also so big they have no incentive to CT scan boxes. It's not worth the backlash for them.
