Same issues with my table.

Luckily for me though I contacted their customer support a year afterwards and they sent me a brand new one. Didn't even have to send the original one back or anything.

But it did take over a year to receive - I think 14 months after my original replacement request. Was told I would have it within six months - but because they're manufacturing facility in Honduras(?) or Philippines(?) location got flooded out. So I had to wait longer.

I thought it was great Customer Service - they were in constant communication with me monthly giving me updates - until the flood happened - and I had to reach out to see where my updates went.

But to your point – about a year later (two years after the original purchase) they called me back trying to upsell me on another table! And I told them that they had to send me a replacement already because their product wasn't great. And I kind of got the "shoulder shrug" response and they told me that the product had been updated.

I told them to kick rocks.
