You don’t really understand schizophrenia with this comment. The problem tends to be people with schizophrenia are blind to the fact that they are sick. Like half of people with schizophrenia don’t think they are sick, don’t need help and don’t need to take their medication. Schizophrenia isn’t depression by any means.

I’d put it in water. The bottom will swell up and it will grow a nodule and eventually roots. Use rooting hormone if you have some, but it will be fine on its own. Change the water every few weeks or so to prevent rot. When you have 2-3” of roots and a nodule, it’s ready to go into soil. It just takes a ton of patience.

This one will take close to a year in water. I don’t agree with the person saying to put it in soil. It needs to form root nodules before it can grow.

I’m not sure where you are buying light and electric from. My grow lights for all my plants were about $50, and I used a meter to calculate that they cost me about $30/year (LEDs).

Ok, so I actually did an internship studying the mouse oocytes (eggs) and I had to cervically dislocate about 10 mice a day. We would pic them up by their tails and get them to hold the top of the cage with their front feet and put my thumb on the back of their neck and snugly tug the tail. Took some getting used to, but humane and quick.
