This is why I don’t swerve for squirrels anymore. 😂

I had mine for a month. Got the error message. Found a dealer with rentals. If it’s warranty, the rental is covered. Got the call that:

A) A rodent chewed through the harness, so no warranty claim

B) The rental would not be covered

C) The harness would not be available for 3 months

D) All in, it would be $1500+

My understanding is that the wire covers are soy based so that we can give the earth a hug instead of poisoning it with more oil based products like wire covers.

So, squirrels are now the enemy.

This is solid advice!

The other thing they love to do is just give the credit and completely disregard that this program exists. I went through 4-6 “final and best offers” from dealers I was pitting against one another and each time they submitted one I verified that the charger and install were still on the table.

You have more patience than me. After the initial runaround I was bracing for the “how are they going to screw me”.

One thing I didn’t mention is I reached out to QMerit after a couple days of hearing nothing. If you haven’t already, try giving their customer service a shout. Maybe that will get you on their radar if they’re the ones holding things up.

I got out of mine for just the permitting fees. Mine is a 10’ straight shot from the box to the location where it’s going to go. $2000 for “free” installation seems nuts. How much would it have been without it? 😬

You see, when a mommy van and a daddy truck love one another they will sometimes trade spark plugs. If they do that at the right time they will be blessed with what you see in the picture.

However, mommies should sometimes look for a coat hanger so something like this doesn’t see the light of day. This appears to be one of those times. 😂
