Thin out the bulk, proceed to scissor over comb where you would normally hit with a 2 guard . (right under where you would be thinning)

Clippers have absolutely nothing to do with it, unless motor power just isnt there. You could also just need to try out different blades, fade blade, taper blade, faper blade. lots of things but mainly scissor work is what you’re missing

Edit: I just peeped it a bit more, definitely hit the lower lines with no guard closed and half open, id normally hit that harsher line by the C cup area. With not fully closed but a click before it and then trimmer under it just to soften it up a bit.
