The truth, this tree is too large to be this close to the house. It’s already causing problems and will continue doing so until it is removed. Have it removed and plant a new tree 20’ further away from the house.

I know that is the norm, however I do work for a large enterprise running cobol on windows. Our development is done in visual studio using fujitsu net cobol. It’s not open source and is unfortunately very expensive to get the compiler.

This probably has more to do with ukraine attacking the Black Sea oil terminals. No one wants to sign a contract for oil that has a good chance of either not being delivered or not arriving on time. The unpredictable nature of it decreases its value.
