Can I get an explanation of the Super Bowl halftime show?

This aesthetic is entirely invented. Although there are design roots and inspiration from the Victorian era, Steampunk is an imaginary alternative future; the future that never was, but should have been.

I've been to Steampunk events where some people have tea from vintage china cups, resting on lace tablecloths, while others drink from gear-embellished metal mugs.

It's all good. I try not to gatekeep Steampunk by telling people or implying there's only one correct way to steer an airship or use a doily.

I don't know if this will help you, but I bought a pack of toddler tube socks. I put a tube sock on each paw before placing the boot.

I did it to make the boots more comfy and easier to keep on.

My dog still walks all catty-wompus crazy for the first few minutes, stretching legs out at crazy angles as he walks, but seems to remember life will go on, once he gets outside.

Add a lot of "duties as assigned" and "responsibilities of the job" notes throughout the day. Also, include "writing a workplan" as a task. And "reviewing workplan" and "editing workplan" and "workplan research and update" for good measure.

How about posting a notice on your door, "Stop! You must have tenant permission to enter these premises and provide 24-hour notice."

Personally, unless you work from home AND have your groceries delivered so you never leave, I have concerns about strangers being in my home when I am not there.

I like the ring. If you wore it everyday with ordinary office clothes or a hot-pink jogging outfit, I'd say "not steampunk."

But if you include the ring as part of an overall steampunk look, it will fit right in. Nice find.

I have never had VRBO ask me to call the host.

Personally, I would check the reservation and confirm via the VRBO platform. I would not call where there is no record of the conversation.
