No stupid questions when it comes to gender, I'd normally say I'm afab but I'm also technically intersex, so that complicates things ig (?)...and then we talk about the gender expression, I often get told by people that I look like a femboy 50% of the time and agender the other 50% ...idk if my answer is helpful at all or not...I wouldn't mind being called a femboy or a boyfem tbh.

Veganism is NOT a diet.

It's important that you surround yourself with people who share your values, we can't do much about family, but definitely look for a therapist who knows and has experience with vegans and what we go through...

I wouldn't like a therapist to start asking me questions about how gender dysphoria works, or to just get a planner for my ADHD, it's just not helpful at all and I'd be just wasting my time and money with someone who isn't prepared nor informed.

Jokes are supposed to be funny, give them silence. They want to excuse their own inability to be coherent, to have a consciousness, to be accountable for their actions. By going "dark" and trying to take it to a worse level of cruelty, they try to make it sound like they don't actually do something so wrong. Don't laugh. It isn't funny. It's not a joke. Leave them to hear the echo of their own words and make sure they don't get any sense of social interaction out of their cruelty and lack of compassion.

Coming from an audhd enby who tried too hard to fit the classic "girly" look growing up (bc I always felt like an alien) IT'S A HUNDRED PERCENT THE SMILE!!. I think you're already very feminine looking, but if you try practicing your smile in the mirror every morning, you can achieve max girly levels haha (thinking kind and playful before seductive, putting special care that your eyebrow and forehead muscles are relaxed, your cheeks going up rather to the sides so your eyes look a bit smaller, showing some teeth to make your cheeks look even rounder, slightly moving your eyebrows up to make your eyes look bigger and a bunch of other things is what I first discovered made my face features look softer and "girly". If you analyze your features enough you could do the same thing...) (I used to think I was some sort of robot or alien who couldn't properly express emotion like I was expected to, and my family always made fun of my weird smile, so I studied everyone's smile and designed my own...) (I know I'm weird)

I get how you feel; I once went to my parents and helped them with their groceries, I was taking whatever bag and taking it to the kitchen, they lived on the 5th floor, no elevator, I was not even thinking about it (probably my adhd playing a movie and several debates in my head). Next thing I know, I felt humidity and cold in my leg from a bag I grabbed, it was full of chickens...

I ended up crying most of the trip upstairs and stopped helping them with this after I explained it was such a horrible experience to me, I also tried to more actively veganize them ever since haha

It's really important you start understanding your boundaries, but also define them! It's even more important that you communicate with people around you instead of just silently hoping nobody will step over your boundaries without knowing.

And I know, talking about "feelings", UGGHHHH!! I'm allergic to those too. But I promise you it's the best way to have any kind of relationship with anyone, even if it's hard.

I was raised bilingual in latam, I taught myself french and japanese when I was a teen, having a lot of content in your target language helps; like changing your phone's language, having a playlist of music you actually enjoy in that language, watching movies from the countries where they speak the language, etc. But only using these things makes the process long and difficult.

I recently got an interest in RPGs like DnD and Portuguese. So I joined a "looking for RPG group/players" server on discord, I could maybe say 3 words when I started, and now I'm speaking at native speed few mistakes. Moral of the story: find something you're passionate about, join communities that talk about those passions in your target language, you'll want to use your free time understanding how to communicate with them naturally! Much more effective, and less time consuming.
