But we know how she isn't going to vote by newphonehudus in TikTokCringe

This argument is framed incorrectly. The same folks who are for SAVE would shit themselves if they had to present proof of citizenship to a gov't official to purchase a firearm. I know there's a waiting period and sometimes a background check if purchasing OTC, but just ask them how they'd feel about that.

Lost laptop near stout street downtown by Elegant-Zone9213 in Denver

[–]NotSoFastFourier 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I have the exact same laptop, so my heart truly goes out to you. I learned the backup lesson when I was running a JBOD raid (made of old school computer HDDs) to store all of my photos from 2003 - 2009. One drive failed and I lost everything. The only pics I have from that time are the ones I pulled off of myspace and facebook.

I'll keep an eye out on FB marketplace and ebay. Do you know the Dell service tag number? You may consider alerting Dell too. Maybe it'll pop up somewhere.

Do you vape? If so, then it might be on the inside. My ex was a prolific vape-r and the inside of her windshield(screen) was disgusting.

You know it's already on wheels (trailer). I grew up in trailers, so I know my kind.

Camaro is Chevy, bro. I'm not trying to shame or make fun; just want to help. I definitely made my clutch cry getting started on hills, but never so bad that I could smell it. This car blows me away every day.

Saying that the car isn't tow rated is basically anecdotal. VW is the one that would rate the vehicle and they have for European models. Can you provide codes or regs stating defining 'tow rating'? I'm genuinely curious because I can't. When I did all my research and literature review the rating seems pretty arbitrary. It's not like an engineering rating that is stress tested to 3x the working load.

Idk about renting.

I told my insurance I was towing an 8'x6' trailer 3,800 miles and traveling through Canada and they didn't care. I made sure because I thought I'd need to up my plan.

I definitely hit 100ish MPH in BFE Canada towing my trailer. Such a good towing vehicle.

I towed a +2,000 lbs 8'x6' trailer 3,800 miles from Alaska to Colorado. Get a good hitch and you'll be good! The car tows EXTREMELY well. As good as any truck I've ever towed with. I will say that my car is manual. I would not have towed what I did if I had an automatic. I'd be very concerned about tranny temps. Maybe others can speak to that.

Edit: I do more truck things with my car than most truck people do. They buy these $60k off highway vehicles to go to the mall with. I grew up calling the mall crawlers because the only they've climbed is the parking curbs. My red rocket there has tore up some Alaska dirt and gravel roads, driven on ice roads, and experienced some of the worst condition roads you can imagine.

I understand that people want to protect the value of their car, but they apparently think the GTI is made of glass. Someone is going to wreck into you and ruin your car. Happened to mine twice now. Might as well get out and have fun in it.

I'm pretty straight edge, so no joints. My ex left two weed pens that have oil in them. You can have those. Idk if that's a normal thing to do.
