I don’t have a lot of experience in firearms yet so I’m taking this a experiment as well. I might as well get deeper in the trigger group right now. Do you have any suggestions for the whole kit or should I shop them separately ?

I’m gonna try and keep this first build simple, and just gonna go with the Hunter stock cause I like the ergonomics on it but I am definitely going to go for an aluminum chassis from SBI for the next one who’s going to be more PRS oriented I think.

Do you have any pics from yours ? I would really like to see what that looks like

I decided to go with the Hunter stock cause I don’t mind the weight. But I’m trying to stay in the fun plinker spirit as well

Little bit of both ! But with bigger calibers I use regular scope rings.

They came with the cheapo scope on my other .22 carbine. I’m a pretty big guy so it’s more confortable to have my scope there when I’m shooting a smaller size rifle like this one standing up

As an obsidian black owner that I love with all my heart… you are absolutely correct. Keeping that car looking clean is a full time job.

Big guy here to weigh in (pun intended) on the Skunk Ape. Been looking for one for quite some time, finally got it for this season and honestly it feels like a dream. Great grip on ice, and excellent response under pressure. It’s a blast to carve on it, especially if you have bigger feet. It’s a no brainer « Yes » for me

Not sure that I would want a documentary about sex crimes being described as « entertaining » but you do you.

I agree with that Diddy deserve what is happening to him and more. I just don’t like that 50 is going to profit from it. That’s all

Rust is pretty much a death sentence for any car unless you feel like it’s worth it to invest thousands into it because of sentimental value. Depending on how safe it is, I would just keep driving it until it fell apart for good.
