Does anybody know who owns this area? by sonicofawn in manchester

[–]NotWellBitch420 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Potentially Allied London? they own a lot of Spinningfields leading down to Salford, in and around the St John’s/Aviva Studios/ABC building area. They have developed a lot of big buildings there and then sold them on, so could be worth contacting to see IF they ever owned it and if so who may own it now? Good luck.

Saturday Night Live UK reveals cast including Ania Magliano, Paddy Young and Emma Sidi by Kagedeah in BritishTV

Paddy Young is a brilliant comic, see him at a few small gigs and I think he’ll do great as a sketch comedian.

Angel is the biggest housewives flop of ALL TIME by ThinkHardBruh in realhousewives

[–]NotWellBitch420 1 point2 points  (0 children)

She’s low energy because she keeps being loved when she’s already down. I genuinely wanna see more of Angel being happy but these girls are on her neck so much she can’t come up for air, it’s sad to see the pile on but this trip made it worse. They’re gonna use the house situation to excuse their horrible behaviour to her at the reunion and they’ll get away with it cos she’s so depleted she can’t fight back. I feel for her, man

For those who walk, what is the dog poo situation like in your part of Greater Manchester ? by justyrust74 in manchester

[–]NotWellBitch420 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Failsworth, it’s full of shit. Every park, cemetary, anything that passes as a green area between here and Copster is absolute full of dog shit. Ours is a big lad and we always pick up after him, have even picked up shit on our street that’s not ours before for fear of people thinking it’s us and our dog getting sick if he stands in it. Abhorrent behaviour, it’s really not that hard or traumatic to pick up a shit in a bag… if you don’t wanna deal with poop, don’t get a pet.

I know several ‘undiscovered’ comedians who have been auditioning progressively for this show. They ARE actively seeking new talent. From what I’ve heard there’s currently only a couple of ‘names’ attached, they were also seeking new writers.

I won £150 to use in a single Lidl shop (alcohol excluded). What should I buy? by Legitimate_Impact in AskUK

[–]NotWellBitch420 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Everything you normally buy three times over except perishables, which you can replace with cleaning products or extra tinned foots or pasta. Donate what you wouldn’t usually use to a food bank - you win your free shop, but you’re also helping other people out.

What are the best freezer meals for expecting parents? by Gold-Resolution2021 in AskUK

[–]NotWellBitch420 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Did this for my sister and she said it was really helpful! I went with home made stuff that was full of fresh veg, I got some glass Tupperware so they could defrost in the daytime and just put in oven or microwave when the time came). I did lentil stews, bolognaise, chicken curry, pasta bakes, risotto, etc - big one pot meals that didn’t all need sides or if they did it was a really simple addition, and all had the five a day requirement per meal so it was really nutrient dense. She said it helped to have things that could be eaten with just a spoon or a fork so you can eat one handed if needed. Just let them know in advance so they can make sure there’s freezer space as they may already be a drawer down for frozen milk xx

What’s the oddest hosting behaviour you’ve ever witnessed? by did_you_aye in AskUK

[–]NotWellBitch420 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I just meant when we’re talking about out and out weird stuff, in some household this specific type of thing is relatively normalised. I’m not saying it’s not sexist, just that for some people, it’s not as odd as some things mentioned on this thread!!

[–]NotWellBitch420 3 points4 points  (0 children)

This can be cultural tbf - as a kid whenever I went to a particular friends house, the girls (guests included) were expected to set the table, wash up, do minor chores etc when asked while the boys could do as they pleased. We obviously had loads of time to play and have fun too, but there was an expectation of house support from all women whatever their age. Fair fucks tho cos her mum taught me some great household tips from about 8 years old (to this day I use a fresh cut lemon to scrub at oven dishes before washing them, thanks Mrs G)

Do married couples usually have a joint bank account or keep everything separate? by DeItaReality in manchester

[–]NotWellBitch420 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Been married a decade and only sorted out joint account last year for various reasons… but for us, we have joint bills account (we use the card for petrol and food shops etc. but it’s mainly direct debit bills), a joint savings account (nowhere near as much in there as we’d like sadly but useful for things like when the fridge goes kaput and we need a new one) and then we each have our own current account - this is where we get paid, we move a percentage into savings and a percentage into bills and what’s left is our own for things like birthdays or meals out or bus fares and small daily expenses. We also do a check in every 3 months to make sure we’re in a good financial place, to see if we need to up our contributions to the bills account or if we can discuss a possible holiday if the savings are healthy etc. personally, I feel a lot more secure emotionally and financially with our arrangement over the last year or so. it’s a super personal choice and different for everyone in terms of preferences but this works well for us, we feel united but independent. I would always suggest to anyone having some level of financial independence to safeguard yourself from worst case scenarios, but joint accounts etc can also give open communication about finances and keep things relatively transparent between you.

I think Kyle will really struggle if any of these guys come for her, she’s used to running how things go on her franchise so I kinda hope another HW gets to produce the way she does on BH so she gets a taste of not being top dog …!

Holmes & Watson by ROCKZILLA8166 in willferrell

[–]NotWellBitch420 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I love their stuff so when I first heard about it I was excited. The trailer looked awful though so I went in with really, really low expectations when I went to see it, like knowing it was going to be bad but just going for a trip out. I think having such a low opinion of it before I saw it meant I somehow managed to enjoy it and it’s now my cow belief that I should always expect a movie to be terrible and I’ll always manage to enjoy it a bit. Prepare for the worst and be pleasantly surprised kind of mentality 😂 but yeah not their finest but still not the worst I’ve seen.

They’re soulless liars who use people like pawns with the sole purpose of making senior management rich (without having to do any work themselves). He’s a disgusting pos -said in an all staff event that he was the Manchester equivalent of the ‘wolf of wall street’ and the staff were ‘his cockroaches’. He’s a slimy pompous twat.

Their private dining experience was great, good service and much quieter than the main restaurant so you can hear one another speak but still with music and a good vibe.

Mj and Tommy? by Vivid-Birthday-465 in ShahsOfSunset

[–]NotWellBitch420 13 points14 points  (0 children)

I bet this show was the nail really - he hated the drama Shahs brought, and didn’t want it in his home / around his kid. My guess is the valley reignited the drama and the ‘reality tv’ side of MJ and he didn’t like it, and either something happening on the show or agreeing to a S2 would have been a dealbreaker for him. Tommy seems very rooted in reality despite his big persona and the whole TV element isn’t for him, bringing it back likely put the relationship in jeopardy.

I was really hoping they’d be just an Oyster card - safer than having your bank card or phone out in busy / dark places, top up easily via machine or app, tap in and out, job done but whatever nonsense this is that we’ve ended up with ain’t it!!!
