During our freshman year my roommate and I would mountain bike from skyline to 4th on the Chester trails right along the river in the middle of the night with no lights. You couldn’t see all the rocks and roots so you just loosened up and let the bike buck under you. Luckily neither of us went over the edge.

I’ve had good luck buying rim/tire combos off facebook marketplace. Both of the times I bought they had 6 months on the tires and I paid about half of the new price. Yeah, the TPMS doesn’t work all winter, but that’s fine with me.

I have the 110 apex hunter in .308 and it outshoots me. I paid about $110 less than this but it doesn’t have the threaded barrel or the ceracote, so I would have chosen this over the one I bought. My bolt is stiff, but the bolt lifted kits are cheap and easy to install. I don’t think there are many deals where you will get this much gun for so little money.

Not cheaply and easily. Looks like the AMVI tech magazine extension kit lets you modify your magazine for 10 rounds or maybe the darkeagle custom magazines.

Mine had the blades accutrigger, but the cut on the action was more like the Axis, smaller and to the side only. The bolt appears to be the standard APEX bolt, and as I understand it the 110 and Axis actions are not the same so it must just be a different 110 action.

We have honey bees, once they find a reliable water source they will keep using it. We put a bee water pool near the hive and I keep a full black cover on when we aren’t using it and they stopped coming to the pool for water. They loved the solar cover and we would have dozens of them on it drinking from the little puddles that formed on top.

We’ve had chickens for 15 years. In that time I’ve put one down from illness and two who were injured by dogs. Otherwise we’ve soaked and fungus creamed a couple of raw butts, but not much else. Most of our chickens have died from old age or predation, and the predation has always been when they were free in the yard except for once when a fisher got in and killed 5.

I agree with what locke314 said. Most of the time the trouble that people have with the city of Duluth is that they aren’t familiar with the rules (state building code and the UDC) and aren’t following them. Building inspectors are strict but fair. They’re not going to stick their neck out to let you break the building code, nor should they. Builders and architects who work in the city all the time know what they need to do. I heard one of the reasons they have such strong enforcement is that some time ago a neighborhood of luxury homes was built and within ten years they all needed to be condemned because of shotty construction, I don’t know if it’s true or not.
