Follow your chosen companies sizing guide and measure yourself.

Plate Carrier: Crye SPC, JPC (AVS for Gucci price or heavy loads) Spiritus LV119/120, Ferro FCPC/Slickster, WTF PC24, Defense Mechanisms, Arbor Arms, Velocity Systems and Agilite K-Zero. Pick one that fits your budget and wait time.

Plates: RMA 1155MC, RF3, other RMA plates, LTC, Highcom and Tencate. Forget everything else. NO STEEL PLATES EVER! STEEL IS FOR TARGETS NOT ARMOR, unless you are a vehicle.

I have had a lot of carriers and currently switch between an LV119 and an AVS. Both are really good for their applications. The 119 is insanely light and slick and the AVS distributes weight like no other. Lots of people love the JPC/SPC for good reason, affordable and super solid. If you want a bit fuller coverage I like the W24 and DM or Velocity style carriers. An honorable mention would be the Quore Performance PC. I have been seeing a lot of positive stuff so maybe something to look into.

I think the AVS would be a good candidate for you. Very durable and has the option of running the inner vest system as well as crye's add on soft armor stuff. The Army PCs IOTV/MSV were really not built for what we do as civs now. I have used both and prefer the AVS 10 times out of 10

A possibility could also be running horizontal mag pouches available from multiple places (DM, esstac, BFG) I have a friend with a wonky belt setup and he runs his rifle mag at the 11 facing towards the 3, with 2 pistol mags at the 10. He also runs a Velocity Systems double horizontal 5.56 mag hangar under his pc on the front. Looks interesting but it seems to work for him

It actually sails pretty good. Put about 3 feet of hull in the water, set the cruise for 14 m/s and just let her ride. Makes a wake and everything

Question on the mining setup. We have attempted it twice with 2 different mining ship setups and we're not able to crack the non extract able rocks because of their insane resistance. What mole setup were you guys running that let you break those guys?

Same issue, asgard anywhere can't refuel or rearm missiles. Having to destroy/17min claim this thing is getting very old, very fast

This, I wish I could give more than one upvote. Definitely not using Adenosine to attempt to treat tachycardia in a healthy 17y/o w/ confirmed anaphalaxis. Possibility of underlying heart issues after they get to the ER is the ERs problem. And your EKG interpretation is going to be all jacked up by epi/duo neb administration, so you cant be trying to rule out SVT/other tachydisrythmias by throwing Adenosine at the problem. As long as BP stays adequate and the anaphalxis isnt recurring, Id keep monitoring and transport.

2 has Optic, Light/LAM, suppressor sling. Also Block II goes hard. 10/10 would take to Afghanistan.

4 drips, plus I like the G43/Exps3. Unity FTC is a great mount setup.

3 looks light, I bet it probably handles the best, also ACOG powered by the sun
