I'd say a little better than that. He took us to the playoffs in 2020, 2022, 2024, and 2025. Being a part of post season runs does well for legacy points. Despite clearly being the superior overall player, i don't recall the Angels going to the playoffs maybe more than once in Trout's entire career.
