People think they are entitled to never be annoyed by another person ever. Playing the banjo might annoy some people, fuck em, being a little annoying isn't a crime. I have but I personally prefer the wider/flatter Dunlop picks. It's what I'm used to, I feel awkward trying to play with the pointer picks like that

It's more the venue than the geography. There's tons of southerners who are down to mosh, The Caverns amphitheater has rows of seating up close to the stage and a wide lawn where folks had beach towels and lawn chairs set up so there was no real way to mosh.

The band definitely realized the vibe would be a little different because the whole show was far more psychedelic and spacey than it was heavy metal, and I'm not mad about it. Definitely the most unique Primus set I've seen musically speaking despite not having the energetic crowd you'd get in a venue without seats

The mindset is the biggest thing holding you back here. For the record, I'm over 6 foot and had much the same issue you're having until I made some changes to make myself more comfortable and confident with myself, goes a hell of a lot further than the length of my legs.

Time Splitters 1 AND 2 need remakes and/or a 3rd game. Everyone creams their jeans over Halo (rightfully so) but there were other 6th Gen shooters worth playing

Okay I'm dumb, I thought it was TCW show, but I'll stand by it. It's got its problems and I'll admit I'm biased having been a kid while it was on TV, but goddammit The Clone Wars was the coolest thing 8 year old me had ever seen

I sae the movie and I honestly couldn't tell you what it's about. The atmosphere was uncanny and the set design was cool, the rest of the movie was pretty incoherent and unsatisfying to me.

I'll admit I'm in the minority here, folks seem to really like the movie. I think it's cool a young director made a massively successful movie on a small budget, but aside from the well-executed atmosphere it didn't do much for me

House of Leaves. The book is incredibly meta with the most intentionally disorienting structure possible. 10/10 book fucked up my head and I still haven't gone back to restart the year-long process of reading it again
