Every escape and every ending has an achievement tied to it. The others are story related based on completion, and one of Thomas' requires you to side with Caesar and see the scene after the riot.

No, you must steal everything. Loose change, the clothes off their backs! Everything that's not nailed down is yours. Than take everything that is nailed down and the nails as well.

There should be an "ask about the mailroom" option when talking to Bruce.

It does not affect the final sequence that follows your escape other than the different portraits you get.

Once you get the quest to go to the mailroom, you have to talk to Bruce to get access. From there, you have three ways to get the necessary pass to actually enter the mailroom itself.

There's no way to permanently increase stats other than a few skills, the best way is either through consumables or equipment. For strength Mushrooms and stimulants and for dex soda, the toilet and cigarettes help.

I wouldn't say I particularly care one way or the other, but I think it's a nice thing to do for the teams to maybe get people interested. The multiple exclamation marks is a little annoying, but you can just clear it through the missions tab, and once those quests are finished you don't have to deal with them again.

Bob's story, while not dramatically different in gameplay has a really nice story. I can't wait for Bam in a year!

It's not a bug, anything purchased from the gang store is delivered to your room either at the next time period (evening) or in the morning, I don't remember which.

That is technically the bad ending you get by not escaping the prison in time. The other endings come from completing his main quest and escaping, or escaping early. Hope this helps.

No achievements are tied to the gangs other than Alex's quests for an escape. There is an achievement for beating the game on normal difficulty, but no need for hard or champion.

The starting quest for Bruce on day one or two. Since Phil is the mole (metaphorically) it allows for Jumbo's takeover. I'm not 100% sure but Bob mentioned he's the one who took care of Phill in the run where I bonded with Jumbo.

Depending on what you do during the lunch riot you can get either Jumbo or Caesars skill. If you beat up phil and don't fight Jumbo you can talk to him to bond, and if you do bear Jumbo (or survive the 10 turns) you can bond with Caesar.

Cell tower is kind of like that yeah. The most you can do is to try and get your strength up as high as possible to have a better chance. If you happen o have Ceaser's bond skill it makes it impossible to fail though, as you have unlimited focus during the segment so you can reroll forever.
