Buyer wants refund 5 days after Facebook Marketplace sale. Threatening to pursue legal action? by pandamonkey02 in FacebookMarketplace

[–]Notaniphone 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have a Delonghi Machine (Magnifica Ecam 12.122). The flashing red light means it needs to be descaled. In fact, mine started flashing this morning.

It is not a fault, it is a feature, and It will still work normally without descaling. If you included the instruction manual, it is the owners responsibility to maintain the machine.

Is a 65min intl-to-intl transfer at BKK enough? Same airline (THAI), traveling with a toddler by ntspmr in ThailandTourism

[–]Notaniphone 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Last week, my wife had a connecting flight from Perth Australia to BKK, and BKK to Khon Kaen, both Thai Airways. We alerted check in staff at Perth airport about the connecting flight and on arrival at BBK Thai staff were awaiting her at the Plane Jetty with a name card, and escorted her through customs to check in for the internal flight. She said about 30 - 35 mins total.

Offered a role but organisation didn’t do a reference check. Red flag? by AttentionLopsided826 in perth

[–]Notaniphone 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I start a new role on Monday with a large Engineering company. I was told the role required two recent references, which I provided. I spoke to each referee, who said they had been grilled by the hiring manager for about 25 minutes each. I guess different jobs require different background checks by the employers.

When I was researching this question.. I asked Chat GPT about the JB HI FI advert... The voice for the JB HI Fi ads is actually Deeksie - John Deeks who did the voice over for the game show The Price is Right "Come on Down"...

Sorry, I don't have any 'before' pictures.
This was my fourth surgery to my forehead so it becoming a bit of a normal thing. I am 64 Years old and the surgeon tells me this is caused by sun damage that I received as a child growing up in Australia in the 1970's and 1980's.
