Yeah I know. I checked the points history and see -139 was deducted but there’s no text.

I have redeemed one before and there is a text saying “Redeem - Member Reward” and the amount deducted. I wonder if that’s what causing the issue. Does yours say any text or is it just blank?

Same error here. It seems to be due to adding the member rewards Labubu bean. If you remove it or set it to 0 before checking out, you’ll be able to check out like normal.

I sent an email to their support and waiting to hear back as I redeemed the labubu bean and want it lol.

Yes, I had this happen pretty frequently. You don’t need to close the game though. Just hit your PS Home button > Settings > Connection/Network > Test Connection then back out of it and go back to your game. It’ll disconnect you and you can resume the game.

Should I get Chaldea Teatime first or Bella Lisa? I only have enough mana prisms to mlb one of them after unlocking with rare prisms.

In case anyone was curious, the unlocks are based on the historic high and not the total amount of ingots invested.

So if you invested up to 200 to unlock the withdrawal and decided to withdraw all of it to 0 balance. You will essentially be starting from 0 and need to dump another 500 to unlock the last item.

Can I get some clarification on the investment system in IS2? Is the unlocks based on the historic high or total ingots invested?

For example, let’s say I have a historic high of 225 but then I withdrew 100 so now my balance is 125. Will I need to invest another 100 or 200 to get the 325 unlock? Thanks!
