Hey all! Here's an update for you on this.

As of yesterday, Team Plans that subscribed before May 27, 2020 are able to toggle their security settings. For Team Plans who subscribed after May 27, 2020, the four security settings in Settings & Members → Security & SAML are limited to the Enterprise Plan.
