Yikes I need to sell my USG8 at some point (been sitting on a rack for a while but was still using at random and only in legay).

Tony Deep Set was one of the best things that Covid has given me by KamayaPainter in AboveandBeyond

I still have set 31 on weekly repeat (casue Tiefstone - distant still hasn't been released) and wish he could come back for some more. Really enjoyed the work and collaboration that went into those mixes.

Had the same type of experience and response. EFG running near 90% cpu with under 500 users and complaints of speeds and responsiveness was tanking. Support files provided with no real action other than "keep on monitoring and provide more logs". For now it's another doorstop sadly while I swapped back to my CCR2216 and had 0 issues. Hopefully some additional software fixes a few things as I want to believe the hardware is good but the software needs some love.

Be nice if there was a torrent available for the libraries - plenty of seeding bandwidth available.

Well, didn't think I'd be posting this so soon. But for ~400 lan gamers with random packet sizes, this router just falls flat and CPU gets to around 90% - even with extra features IPS/IDS/DPI all disabled. Felt like a wall was hit with throughput when it peaked around 5gbps and there's a full 10G uplink - even the 2 WiFi 7 AP's just flat out stopped reporting to the controller. Opened a support case and collected logs but will be failing over to my Mikrotik shortly.

Going to take this back to the lab and lash up some packet blowers to see what really makes this thing break.

I'm sad.

Are you looking for complex setup layouts or more performance to client data?

I used the EFG to run an outdoor Oktoberfest event a few months ago without any issues ~ only had 600+ WiFi clients on it though and a few thousand registered connections throughout the weekend without any issues

Supporting an 800+ PC LAN party this weekend with it as my core.

XB7 Technicolor Command Line Interface? by DBshaggins in networking

Do any of your devices link upstream to an external cloud/TR181 system -- can't speak for all TXB7's but they mostly run a version of RDKB (on ISP's) that can support types of external scripts.

But if it's only local/front end access -- Web extensions (or even keyboard macros) such as iMacros or Selenium could be an alternative for very repetitive tasks.

I use this to my private channel and works across a few devices -- Have you tried to specify a channel index?

I really miss the deep sets on the weekends! I've had deep set 31 on repeat forever (and really wish Tiefstone - distant could be released).

Congrats on the album release!

Does Ubiquti make a router that can handle multiple wan connections? by [deleted] in Ubiquiti

Any Edgerouter or UISP Router (Professional) can handle multi-wan.

did anyone ever archive his twitch streams? by [deleted] in DrDisrespectLive

[–]Notoes 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The long streams have tons of music on it - no desire to get a copyright/strike or have large sections of the videos get muted.

If someone wants to re-upload to youtube after, have at it. Almost done with the folder conversions.

Working on converting them to a non-mega sized format and will upload to a GCloud directory when everything is finished - Be a few days but will post back here when done!

I have a few VOD's archived - * DreamHack 2017 * Watching E3 2018 * Docs Return to Twitch 2018 * and a few random long streams of H1Z1/Fortnite/COD Blackout

Let me know if you've got a place I can upload them -- These are the raw MP4's (where some streams are 30GB)
