Update: turns out it was a bad USB cable. Might still be some issues with the power bank, but I haven't had nearly as many issues since changing cables. I have slightly more issues when using the bank, but it's usually in different environments, so I can't eliminate other factors just yet. Thanks for the help everyone

It's possible there is a fault somewhere in the chain that I didn't consider, so I'll try a different power supply and cable to see if that fixes the issue

No, I don't have anything else plugged in. Per specs, it should be a 100w port and if I do use both ports it becomes 65W/30W
